Nervous about my first lesson

Amateur boxing has a lot to offer in terms of fitness, and as one of the most exciting sports.

The history of boxing, the associations and competitions, and the type of people who can become involved with boxing are things that drive the sport, but are not always easy to find out about.

Everyone who boxes starts somewhere. You've nothing to lose by giving it a try - go for it.

Start off by reducing fat from meals.
