Right im looking to start boxing, iv got a martial arts history and have no probs throwing punches or anything like that. Iv always admired the stamina and physical conditioning of boxers which doesn't play such a big role in martial arts. So before im going to start boxing i want to up my conditioning and just wondered what you guys do in terms of cardio whether it be running, skipping etc or even what sort of gym work just for a rough idea of what to aim at before i step into boxing gym.
